VISITING THE WINERIES
Following a presentation on the history of the Commanderie de Peyrassol in our 100 year-old barrel storehouse, your guide will introduce you to the Provençal terroir.
You will then discover the process of vinification, from the arrival of the grapes through to bottling, by visiting the winery with its stainless steel vats where we make our whites and rosé wines, and our new winery dedicated to red wines.
This will be followed by a tasting of 5 outstanding wines from our finest blends.
On the other part, we will provide you with a detailed map of the Sculpture Park, so you can wander as you please through our Contemporary Art Collection of more than 70 works, through our estate and our Remarlkable Gardens.
