What does this workshop involve?
We’ll provide you with samples of wines from a selection of grape varieties, different terroirs and ageing vessels so that you can put yourself in the shoes of the Cellar Master.
Guided by our expert, your aim will be to identify the characteristics of each sample, combine them and create your own wine.
