With a range of more than 35 vintages dating back to 1939, Christian Drouin is the specialist
for the rarest Calvados. This visit provides access to exceptional cellars normally closed to the public.
There is the possibility to taste Calvados directly out of the barrel to discover the magic of aging,
but also the complexity of a cellar master’s work. The visit ends with a tasting with vintages dating back to the 60’s.

Blending Course

In addition to the visit to the estate, you will have the opportunity to work like a
cellar master of Pays d’Auge by making your own blend of calvados.

We will explain to you how to best mix intensities and flavors, so you will obtain the perfect balance for your own creation.

Cider bread workshop

Every Wednesday in July and August

Make your cider bread in a traditional wood-fired oven. Roll, shape, bake… you will participate in the making of the famous cider bread recipe, under the
advice from a baker and you will leave with your  “homemade” bread with his delicious aromas.

You will take the opportunity to visit our distillery.
